Beware of fake Reader's Digest sweepstakes

The email is sent by friends@emails.rdasia.com.my .

It will redirect you to https://www.rdedm.com/ASIA/my/061128101/page1.asp and ask you to activate your code.

I did click the link although I doubt that I have subscribed to Reader's Digest. It will ask for your information later.

There are several sites which said it's a scam.

They've sent 2 letters to me recently.

    1. Since you've never enter any contest, I don't think it's real. Did they ask you pay some money or subscribe before getting the prize?

    1. I don't it's real if they ask you to pay certain amount before claiming the prize.

If I'm not mistaken, there is one contest by Reader Digest asking the receiver to subscribe to their magazines, not paying them a huge amount.
